Claims Advocacy

Our Client Advocate Team is with you every step of the way.

Claims Management and Process Design

The way a claim is handled from start to finish can have a significant impact on your policy and your bottom line. Our claims experts will both customize and manage the entire claims process to help streamline reporting, reduce costs and prevent future loss experiences.

24/7 Claims Reporting

To ensure appropriate filing and proper routing of your claims to third-party administrators or internal claim adjusters, our firm handles the first notice of every incident. Claims can be reported online or via telephone 24/7.

Most employers feel like they have very little control over the claims management, adjustment and resolution process. Our experienced claims team works from injury to closure to restore control and ensure that the best outcome is achieved for our clients and their hard-working employees. In addition to claims reporting, our advocates provide coverage interpretations and medical and litigation reviews, and facilitate proper communication between our clients and insurance carriers.

Return-to-Work Program

When you lose an employee or employees due to injury, the associated indirect costs almost always go beyond the actual workers’ comp claims cost. In order to maximize opportunity and reduce direct and indirect expenditures, we will help you implement a return-to-work program to promote rehabilitation and enhance the recovery process for affected employees, so they are back to work as soon as possible.

Catastrophic Claim Response Team

For most organizations, a few large claims comprise the majority of annual loss expenditures. The immediate steps taken following a major incident can be critical. We manage this process with a catastrophe response team who will be on site within hours to coordinate policy interpretation, claim mitigation, legal issues, accident investigation and reputation management.

Management Reporting

It can be challenging to monitor every single claim and its impact on your organization. That is why we do it for you. We will provide you and your team with status updates, impact reports and other key milestones in the claims process so that you can make better decisions for your business. This process is a standard part of the results report in our RiskIMPACT™ process. We are so confident in our approach, solutions and clients that we look forward to sharing our results.

NCCI E-Mod Management and Analysis

Injury costs have a significant impact on your organization’s workers' compensation costs by increasing your NCCI Experience Modifier (E-Mod). In addition, an inaccurate or higher-than-average NCCI E-Mod can cause increased premium costs, drain on working capital, limit your options among insurance carriers and prohibit you from obtaining or retaining key contracts. We verify that your E-Mod is accurate and manage it toward the minimum by implementing proven strategies in both primary and secondary prevention.

OSHA 300 & 301 Management

Whether you run an office business with 50 employees, or a heavy construction business with 5,000, you are required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to log and report all work-related injuries and illnesses. We will help manage, keep track of and post all your OSHA 300 & 301 reports.
