To ensure appropriate filing and proper routing of your claims to third-party administrators or internal claim adjusters, our firm handles the first notice of every incident. Claims can be reported online or via telephone 24/7.

Advocates

Most employers feel like they have very little control over the claims management, adjustment and resolution process. Our experienced claims team works from injury to closure to restore control and ensure that the best outcome is achieved for our clients and their hard-working employees. In addition to claims reporting, our advocates provide coverage interpretations and medical and litigation reviews, and facilitate proper communication between our clients and insurance carriers.

Return-to-Work Program

When you lose an employee or employees due to injury, the associated indirect costs almost always go beyond the actual workers’ comp claims cost. In order to maximize opportunity and reduce direct and indirect expenditures, we will help you implement a return-to-work program to promote rehabilitation and enhance the recovery process for affected employees, so they are back to work as soon as possible.

Catastrophic Claim Response Team

NCCI E-Mod Management and Analysis

Injury costs have a significant impact on your organization’s workers' compensation costs by increasing your NCCI Experience Modifier (E-Mod). In addition, an inaccurate or higher-than-average NCCI E-Mod can cause increased premium costs, drain on working capital, limit your options among insurance carriers and prohibit you from obtaining or retaining key contracts. We verify that your E-Mod is accurate and manage it toward the minimum by implementing proven strategies in both primary and secondary prevention.

OSHA 300 & 301 Management

Whether you run an office business with 50 employees, or a heavy construction business with 5,000, you are required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to log and report all work-related injuries and illnesses.
