Contract and Certificate Compliance

Transferring high risk and/or high frequency exposures to vendors through contractual agreements can shift liability, indemnify your organization and waive subrogation on your behalf. These agreements, typically signed with vendors, suppliers, tenants, contractors, landlords and other indemnities with whom you work, can help reduce litigation costs and financial losses in a variety of situations, if handled appropriately. Our team of advisors will review all existing contracts and offer consultation on all future contracts.

We will request and track all third-party certificates of insurance on your behalf.
